Hudson - MEET YOUR DRIVER - Joan Dahlberg

Meet your driver, Joan! She drives route #246 and has worked for Safeway for over 6 years as well as driving bus in New Richmond. Joan is connected to the area of Hudson because her grandson Brendan used to be in daycare in Hudson and he rode her bus one year!

Joan stays involved in the community by donating blood when she can, supporting christian radio, she gives to Operation Christmas Child, and also attends church in Hudson. She supports Open Doors and Compassion International as well. Her hobbies include church music and playing guitar, singing in the choir at St. Lukes, and she loves art, swimming and the Packers! She also loves the Hudson Raiders and the New Richmond Tigers since she lives there.

Joan has grandchildren in the area named Jace Cyler and Brendon as well as grandchildren who live out west named Dominic, Dustin, and Justice. She has sons named Chris and Robby! She adores her family and loves spending time with them.

Joans advice for students riding the bus is:

-Listen to the bus driver

-Stay seated

-No hands out the window

-No fighting
